The Marketing module manages all aspects of a campaign – from assigning of administrative tasks such as
printing of brochures, reserving a presentation hall etc. to planning and completing activities related
to the targeted contacts such as sending invitations for an event, receiving registrations, follow-up calls
Each campaign mask contains general information - forecast budget and actual costs, start/end date,
campaign notes etc. and the campaign tasks.
Marketing tasks have the following parameters: subject, target group, planned and actual costs, start date,
deadline, date of completion, responsible etc.
Tasks can be related to a target group or not. If a marketing task is assigned to a specific target group,
users have the option to automatically create identical activity records in the profile of each member
of the target group.
The flexible search options make the process of defining target groups for different marketing
campaigns extremely fast and simple. Each group can be modified at any time and can be used in multiple campaigns.
