The Sales module provides tools for easy preparation of standard offers through a single offer mask,
an integrated product catalogue and pre-defined introductory and conclusion texts.
Offers can be created directly in the contact profile or in the Sales module. If created in
the Sales module they will be automatically included in the related contact profile.

Offers
Each offer mask has a header, containing some general information such as: contact name, offer number and
date, offer validity, delivery time, payment type, chance in %, final result etc.
The offer rows contain information about offered products and services - description, quantity,
prices and discounts. After a product is selected from the product catalogue all related data is
automatically inserted into the offer, You can also manually change the responsible people (both from Your company and Your contacts’) , address, tax number and register number An option for free input of products and services not included
into the catalogue is also available.

Product Catalogue
Finally, offers can be printed right away using the standard print preview or exported to a Word document,
where they can be additionally customized.
The Invoicing module allows easy and consistent invoicing and payment control.

Invoices
Each invoice has a header, containing general contact information (choosing a contact automatically
copies all necessary financial information), document type, automatically generated number, payment
type, payment term, payment date, notes etc.
The invoice rows contain information about products and services it covers – item codes and description,
quantity and prices. After a product is selected from the product catalogue all related data is
automatically inserted into the invoice. An option for free input of products and services not included
into the catalogue is also available.
For better control on payments users can set automatic payment reminders.
